Job requirements
• Minimum High School Certificate (Bachelor's in Telecommunications preferred);
• Demonstrated experience in call center or customer service environment;
• Outstanding communication skills in English and/or French;
• Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities;
• Ability to perform under pressure and achieve targets;
• Basic computer proficiency required.
